As I approached the age of 50 I was on the edge of burnout. I was discouraged and disappointed in life. My career, although successful from the outside, was imploding. I had experienced a major crisis within my extended family which culminated in my father being sentenced to prison for five years. I was called as a witness for the prosecution. We were broken. After reaching out for help and advice from trusted mentors, my wife and I made a significant decision. We resigned from our 25 year careers, sold up, and started again. As a part time entrepreneur and ordained minister, our focus had been in the non profit sector. We decided to enter the world of business and mentorship. My wife Sharon launched her now successful Pilates studio and I began to lay the foundation for a business and leadership consultancy. As a business and leadership coach for Waterman Business Centers in Melbourne, I soon began the journey of partnering with emerging leaders and business owners across Australia and New Zealand. Transitions are never easy, however over ten years we have learnt the key principles of knowing when a season is over, having the courage to dream again, and building a legacy for future generations, My life mission is to "live in the credits of other people's movies". As a consultant, I help you dream again, manage change, and become the leader and inspiration others aspire to follow.
What Graeme and his team have created for business owners is fantastic. Graeme spent a couple of years researching and building amazing content for us to take our businesses to the next level. I specifically love the intensives where we workshopped everything from mindset to messaging - now I've got a clear plan for execution.
